Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, returns are accepted only in case of genuine issues under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery
  • Incorrect product has been delivered
  • Packaging is tampered or compromised upon delivery

Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period may not be considered.

  • Customers will not be charged any return or handling fees

  • Replacement of the same product will be provided, subject to availability

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via:

    • Store credit, as applicable
