Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, returns are accepted only in case of genuine issues under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery
- Incorrect product has been delivered
- Packaging is tampered or compromised upon delivery
Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period may not be considered.

- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via:

- Once an order is processed, prepared, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible
